Recording existing damage before commencement of public works
We have been contacted by various contractors to provide a report of existing damage to property boundaries along the local authority footpaths and infrastructure. This report would be used to contest any claim for damages caused by works on the footpaths that were in fact already present prior to commencement of works. We used a combination of aerial and ground imagery to compile a report detailing all existing damage to private property, this report was then passed to our client for them to use in the event of any disputes that arise.
